There are two levels of membership, free and well, not free. We would like everyone who is a member of the forum to be a fully paid up member. If your not, we would like to know why.

Membership costs £20 per year. £20 buys you some goodies and allows you to come along to events and show off your car with the club. Upon becoming a paid up member, you will receive a club branded T-Shirt, and some stickers (available in a variety of colours) for your car and it will provide club funds to do more for you.

Any funds remaining from your initial membership fee (i.e. cost of T-shirt and stickers taken out) are used for the benefit of the club. Funds go to things like advertising, flags, gazebos, etc, all for the benefit of the club and the events which the club attends. The more people who join and pay, the more we can spend on its members. Paid up members can order a range of club branded clothing at very discounted rate, we are working on deals with some other organisations for discounted car parts and services, all are looking promising and should be available to members in the near future.

At the moment the website is being hosted for free. No funds are spent on its development, it is all donated. In the future when the club gets more and more popular, it is likely that the club will have to make provision for hosting services from a faster provider. This unfortunately is not cheap. But it also won’t happen overnight.

Any way, it works out as 38pence per week; it is not exactly a mammoth ask and unlike some clubs, you actually get some goodies for that!
